Hangul(한글) - The Korean Alphabet

Historically, it has not been long since Korean language created (1443) by the king Se-Jong. Before the creation of Hangul(한글), Koreans used to use Chinese reading and writing system. And many lower class Koreans were illiterate. Therefore, to improve literacy amongst people with little education, the Korean alphabet was designed. There's a popular saying about Korean alphabet is that "A wise person acquaint themself with them before the morning is over; even a stupid person can learn them within ten days."

Korean alphabet so called "한글" in Korean which consists of 19 consonants and 21 vowels.
